The Last Day On Earth Widget

My Last Day On Earth Widget is inspired by the situation of what people will do when it is the end.

I asked myself “What would I do when it was the last day on Earth.” I would probably be hanging around most of my time with my family members. Saying things that I want to say but scared.

Asking for forgiveness as we humans have sins. And most importantly, pray.

The widget that I design is base on a chronological order . It has a function to send messages according to categories you specified and connection to social networking site. As the days depletes, the widget will change and the function will be briefly click and send. There will be a send Prayers, hugs and goodbye buttons .

And as we come ever closer, say like 5 mins till the end, you don’t have time to write messages. You might probably want to spend the last minute with your love ones or look at your surrounding for the last time or just want to be alone. Thus the widget will have just one clickable message. One quote that is meaningful at that time and situation ; “I’ll see you there”

After consultation, Miss Ng and Mr Eugene brought up some important notes for my previous visualization of my input. It seems that it doesn’t say much about my goal. The graphic tablet that I am portraying is something different from a normal tablet. Unlike other tablet, this tablet can use your finger to replace or in conjunction with the stylus pen. My catch phrase for the website is “Freedom at your fingertip”

I change the color scheme to grey blue and orange. The navigation buttons are located at the bottom. The website will have the same scrolling pattern. There will be a video embedded on the Graphic Tablet and Future sections. Other than that, I focus the vector design on top.

Re define input device

The graphic tablet will have more ways to interact without using the stylus pen. The user can instead configure their setting to use their fingers than using the stylus pen, thus giving them more options to be creative. The user can set their fingers to the brushes or colors of their liking.

Q2 – The most prodest moment was when I was in secondary school where I won the Siling Idol contest. It was not an expected thing cuz there were a lot of contestants who were better than me vocally. However so, I never let that down being innovative of how I sang that song and just show my personality to the audience and the judges.
